An Empathy Circle is a structured dialogue process that effectively supports meaningful and constructive dialogue. It increases mutual understanding and connection by ensuring that each person feels fully heard to their satisfaction.
Learn and practice the Active Listening and Empathy Circle practice which you can then take to your family, friends and community. This is a opportunity to be able to express yourself and be heard, seen and understood and contribute by doing the same for others.
