We are rebelling because we love the living. This spring, an international wave of a non-violent rebellion will sweep across Europe, and the entire world.

In GENEVA, we will sow the seeds of action and resilient living in the “Village XR” of the Swiss Rebellion from the 16th to the 19th of April 2020 under the motto #LoveInAction.

Each day will include activities and workshops relating to the 3 demands and principles of Extinction Rebellion.

Sunday 19th: 4. REGENERATIVE CULTURE

The national rebellion blooms for us to imagine and experiment new ways of living together, in connection with the communities we live in and the nature around us. Let us sow the seeds of action and cultivate activities that are creative, inspiring and generous, leading us towards a healthier and more resilient way of life.

ON BEHALF OF LIFE

Acting against climate crisis can no longer be delayed, we call on all citizens to rebel with us.

Come to Geneva with your family and friends, with your guitars, tents and all your colorful festival equipment and let’s send a message of #LoveInAction

Since we are taking a public space for the “Village XR”, it will be civil disobedience to camp on the grounds. Alternatively, we also offer a limited amount of rebel accommodations around.

LOVE IN ACTION

We are using a public space to face the climate crisis together.

We do this with love, respect and a sense of responsibility and we invite all people to join us.

We want to inspire each other and to engage in a process of shaping a livable future together, supported by loving cooperation and far-sighted solidarity.

We also invite police and governments to join us. Bring your harmonica and paperclips and let us together send a sign of love for life.

This climate crisis is so much bigger than all of us together. It’s not about politics, ideologies, or law, it’s simply about rebelling against a toxic system on behalf of life.
